Rental Agreement Rules

1. The motorbike is the property of Canna Nang Co., Ltd.
2. The renter must hold a valid motorbike driving license that is legally recognized in Thailand.
3. Motorbike use is restricted to a 20 km radius from the rental location.
4. The renter is fully responsible for any accidents, damage to the motorbike, or injury/damage to third parties during the rental period.
5. The renter is responsible for paying any police fines incurred while using the vehicle.
6. The full rental amount plus deposit must be paid in advance.
7. The renter agrees to handle the motorbike with care and ensure it is used responsibly.
8. The rental period may be extended at any time, provided the extension is paid for in advance.
9. In the event of an accident or theft, the renter must:
  - Immediately notify the police, and
  - Inform the rental company without delay.
10. The motorbike must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
11. A helmet loss fee of 300 THB per helmet will be charged if not returned.
12. If the rental is exceeded by more than 2 days, the rental company reserves the right to file a legal complaint for embezzlement.
13. The renter agrees that copies of their passport and driving license will be made and kept by the rental company for record purposes.
14. Late return charges beyond the agreed rental time will apply as follows:
- 2 hours – 100 THB
- 4 hours – 200 THB
- 6 hours – 350 THB
- 8 hours – 500 THB
