Canna Nang Co., Ltd. – Motorbike Rentals, Pattaya
Welcome to Canna Nang Co., Ltd. Please review our Terms and Conditions carefully before renting a motorbike. By making a reservation or signing a rental agreement, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Rental Eligibility
Renters must be at least 18 years old.
A valid motorbike driving license (Thai or International) is required.
A copy of your passport and driving license will be retained for legal and insurance purposes.
2. Rental Area Limit
Motorbikes may only be used within a 20 km radius of Pattaya, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payment Terms
The full rental fee and security deposit must be paid in advance.
We accept cash, credit card, and online transfer.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required upon rental.
This deposit will be refunded in full upon safe return of the motorbike in the same condition it was rented and with a full tank of fuel.
5. Vehicle Use
Renters must operate the motorbike safely and responsibly.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the motorbike or injury to third parties during the rental period.
6. Fines, Penalties, and Accidents
Renters are responsible for all traffic fines or legal penalties incurred during the rental period.
In the event of an accident or theft, the renter must:
Immediately report the incident to the local police, and
Notify Canna Nang Co., Ltd. as soon as possible.
7. Fuel Policy
All motorbikes must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
A refueling charge will apply if returned with less than a full tank.
8. Helmet Policy
Helmets are provided free of charge.
Loss or damage of a helmet will incur a charge of 300 THB per helmet.
9. Rental Extension
Rental periods may be extended subject to availability and advance payment.
Late returns will incur the following charges:
2 Hours – 100 THB
4 Hours – 200 THB
6 Hours – 350 THB
8 Hours – 500 THB
10. Overdue Returns & Legal Action
If the motorbike is not returned within 2 days after the agreed rental period, Canna Nang Co., Ltd. reserves the right to file a formal complaint for embezzlement with local authorities.
11. Insurance Information
All rental scooters come with basic public (third-party) insurance only.
This does not cover damage to the rented motorbike itself or medical expenses for the rider.
Comprehensive insurance is NOT included but can be purchased upon request for rental periods of two months or more, at the renter’s expense.

12. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
13. Company Rights
Canna Nang Co., Ltd. reserves the right to:
Refuse rental to any customer at our discretion.
Update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By renting a motorbike from Canna Nang Co., Ltd., you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or would like to request additional insurance, our staff will be happy to assist you.
